Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to commissioned reporting engagements with Meadow Way Analytics Co., Ltd., including quarterly subscriber behavior reports, churn analyses, segmentation studies, and network event impact assessments.
2. Deposits
New clients pay a 40% deposit upon signing the scope document. The deposit reserves analyst capacity and covers initial scoping and extract validation work.
3. Cancellation by client before work begins
If you cancel after signing but before we receive data extracts or begin validation, we refund the deposit minus KRW 800,000 to cover administrative and scheduling costs. Cancellation must be sent in writing to info@utilitymeadowway.click.
4. Cancellation after work has started
Once extract validation begins, the deposit is non-refundable. You owe fees proportional to completed phases documented in the scope:
- Validation complete: 40% of total fee due
- Draft charts delivered: 80% of total fee due
- Final report delivered: 100% of total fee due
Partial deliverables completed at cancellation may be provided at our discretion if fees are settled.
5. Rescheduling
Quarterly report cycles may be shifted by up to six weeks once per contract year without penalty if requested at least 21 days before the scheduled extract date. Second reschedules incur KRW 1,500,000 replanning fee.
Event impact assessments scheduled for expedited delivery may not be rescheduled without re-quoting the expedite surcharge.
6. No-shows
Missed briefing appointments without 48 hours notice forfeit the scheduled session. One replacement session is included at no charge if rescheduled within 14 days.
7. Non-refundable items
- Completed validation and analysis work as described in section 4
- Travel days already incurred for on-site sessions outside Gyeonggi-do
- Korean-language chart labeling add-ons once labeling work has begun
- Expedite surcharges for event assessments where analysis has commenced
8. Refund eligibility for service quality concerns
If final deliverables materially deviate from the signed scope document and we cannot remediate within 14 days of your written notice, you may request a partial refund of the final 20% payment tranche. Full refunds after final delivery are not available except where required by applicable law.
9. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or by bank transfer for corporate clients. Contact info@utilitymeadowway.click with your engagement reference number.
10. Cancellation by Meadow Way
We may cancel an engagement if data extracts cannot be validated after two remediation attempts, or if required legal approvals for data transfer are not obtained. In such cases we refund unused portions of prepaid fees minus work completed to date.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control. Timelines adjust without penalty; prepaid fees for undelivered phases remain refundable if the engagement cannot resume within 90 days.
