Meadow Way provides commissioned telecom subscriber behavior reports, including but not limited to quarterly behavior reports, churn analyses, usage segmentation studies, and network event impact assessments. Each engagement is governed by a separate written scope document that specifies deliverables, timelines, fees, and data handling requirements.

3. Website use

You may browse this website for information about our reporting practice. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content without written permission. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or submit malicious content through contact forms.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, and branding are owned by Meadow Way Analytics Co., Ltd. Report deliverables produced under a signed engagement become the client's property upon full payment, subject to our retention of anonymized methodology templates and non-client-specific analytical frameworks.

5. Informational pricing

Rates published on this website are starting points for estimation. Binding fees appear only in signed scope documents. We do not process payments through this website.

6. Confidentiality

Client data submitted for analysis is handled under the confidentiality terms in each engagement's scope document and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell client data or use it for marketing.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Website content is provided for general information. Report findings depend on data quality and scope agreed at engagement start. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes from use of our reports.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Meadow Way's total liability for any claim arising from website use or services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
